Healing from a serious immune system breakdown in her early thirties inspired Lea to rebuild her health, life and career from the inside-out, by aligning with the wisdom of her body and soul. Lea’s unique approach- sensual and spiritual, playful and deep, wise and practical- draws upon her master’s degree in psychology and expertise in mind-body-spirit healing, energy medicine, yoga, chi-kung, new thought spirituality, interactive imagery, theater and dance.
Over the past twenty-five years Lea has served in a variety of capacities including positions as yoga teacher, yoga therapist, corporate employee wellness coordinator, mind-body therapist for an integrative medicine clinic, program director for an international yoga therapy master’s program and facilitator of patient group medical visits.
She has written the popular manual Take Back Your Life, Moving From Chronic Pain to Life-Long Healing and is the creator of numerous healing audio meditations, poetry and articles on practical spirituality, personal development and wellness.
Lea offers individual mentoring in person and by phone, keynotes, private and group retreats, workshops and spoken-word performances.
She lives in the foothills of western Oregon and loves being barefoot in nature, dancing, traveling, learning, gardening and celebrating life with friends and four generations of family.
