Kamini Wood is a life coach specialized in helping adults and teens transform their lives through guidance and support. Kamini works with high achievers struggling with perfectionism, stress, overwhelm and faltering relationships. The founder and CEO of Live Joy Your Way and the AuthenticMe® RiseUp program Kamini walks her clients through a journey of self-discovery helping to guide them towards inner confidence, energy, and empowerment to be themselves both personally and professionally.

Certified as a life coach and specialty trained in parenting, conscious uncoupling, ACT based coaching, and more, Kamini’s coaching style recognizes each teen and adult as individuals with their own experiences, frustrations, and trauma. Her program focuses on recognizing the unproductive aspects of one’s own habits, actions, and inner dialogue and turning them into strengths used to create positive change.

As a true empath herself, she struggled with pleasing others and making sure their needs were met before her own. She went through my own self transformation and is now speaking on and working one to one with people on moving from external expectation and validation hostage into resilient self-leader.

She does this by guiding her clients on a path of self-discovery, where they learn to recognize the false statements in their mind and the self-sabotaging triggers behind their actions. From there she works with her clients to find more positive statements and healthier approaches to life’s stressors.

Her work involves helping people deal with stress and anxiety in uncertain times, in trying to do it all, and trying to do it “right”. She alsos work with people and speak on codependency and toxic relationships when trying to live up to those external measurements.

After working with Kamini through her program teens and adults are transformed in how they view and pursue life. She takes away the guilt, pressure, and self-doubt associated with the need to be perfect and gives her clients the permission they need to relax and enjoy life more. Her clients are re-energized, focused and able to have meaningful, whole relationships.

Her purpose in speaking on these topics is to make sure these topics are brought out of the shadow and into the light, so people can heal and grow.
