My name is Jarrod Castillo. I am an acrobat, movement enthusiast, avid reader, learner, traveler and Youth Peak Performance Coach, and mentor.
As a high schooler and college student, I spent the majority of my time participating in school, sports, volunteering, and part-time jobs. By the end of college, I graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors with a degree in education and psychology, was multi-sport state-level competitor and champion, completed over 300 hours of community service and graduated debt-free. But no one is a complete stranger to adversity. It was during this same period in my life that is seemed as though that anything that could go wrong, did. Partway through 2016, in the midst of working and schooling 60-70 hours per week, my world came crumbling down. I suffered a car accident that led to months of recovery and immediately after suffered the loss of a very dear friend. An overwhelming experience of depression and anxiety spread like wildfire through every cell in my body as I felt lost and alone.
In the midst of mental health issues and depression, it was through countless hours of personal development, reading, online education, workshops, seminars, meditation, and guidance from my coaches and mentors that enabled me to transcend the difficulties in my life.
My mission is to use my education and experiences to provide aspiring youth transitioning into the next stages of their life with the same support and encouragement I was given to put them on the fast track to success, fulfillment, and achievement.
I believe that I offer a fresh perspective on various topics that real aims to move the meter in the direction of how we can truly step into the best and highest version of ourselves. Ever since I was young I always found myself gravitating towards people who were older and wiser than myself and because of that, I have the ability to get on a level with people who older, the same, and younger age than myself.
I would love the opportunity to promote the work that we create together to create the biggest possible impact.
All of the topics listed below are just ideas and not necessarily the only topics I want and am willing to discuss
