Media Pitch

Where can you find a physician who has not only been an inpatient in a “regular” hospital, but also a mental hospital and is happy to talk about her experience?
I have done both, a very humbling experience, and then re-built my health and life as I now help my clients re-build theirs.
Having lived in Nova Scotia, Canada, for over 22 years, I am known to be outspoken, direct, sometimes blunt, and even funny and entertaining. I tell it as it is (at least how I see it…:) )
I wrote several books, the latest being “The F-Word Diet”
