Bianca Diana is an Intuitive Soul & Creativity Coach, Alignment Guide, and founder of “The F* Regret Movement”. She works with creatives who are passionate about making a positive impact in the world. Through her private 1:1 programs, and as an “Alignment Guide” in the Align to Succeed Program, Bianca is able to help her clients energetically let go of what no longer serves them so they can get out of their heads and into their hearts to connect to the True Source of creativity and possibility. Her superpower is supporting her clients in fully loving themselves, shadows and all.
Bianca has taken what she calls “a leap of heart” many times in her life, including leaving her dream job to follow her passion despite having no savings, 401k or backup job. Now she shares her stories of change and transformation to illustrate the power and importance of cultivating the magnetism of the heart. Bianca believes that confidently saying YES to what you really want in your life is the key to making your dreams a reality, and teaches her clients exactly how to do just that.
When she’s not in a client session, Bianca enjoys playing games with her joyful daughter Viviana, reading, hiking, or traveling. Originally from Upstate New York, she now lives in Sonoma County, California.

I’ve taken many leaps of heart in my life. Through these experiences, I’ve found that there’s a difference between taking a “leap of faith” versus a “leap of heart”.
I remember “freaking out” in my car on the way to the office one morning with tears falling down into my lap. At the time, I was managing services for adults with disabilities, like Autism and I thought it was my dream job because I was making a difference in the lives of so many people! But I had a 24/7 phone and hardly spent time my daughter. So that morning, I finally took the leap and quit without any savings, 401k, or backup job.
It was scary, but I was free to put my heart and soul into my passion!
