Amanda Florczykowski is as unique as her last name. When a complete stranger pulled her daughter from her arms in her local grocery store and asked the toddler to parrot, “say bye-bye to Mommy”, she felt the career path she left to raise her children was now purposeful preparation. Her initial research and online caution was read by an estimated 60 million readers, connecting Amanda with a victim of the very predator in the store that day exposing a latent mission most cannot look at. But, Amanda could not look away.

While the creation of Amanda Flo Ministries was designed to mobilize the public in disrupting traffickers, the two current initiatives under this umbrella lead first with the vision to strengthen families — which, according to traffickers, is an unmatched weapon in any parent’s arsenal. Thus, Able Moms International fosters capable, unshakeable, and memorable moms, while Vigilant Families serves as a collaborative evergreen platform of experts and organizations who educate using age-appropriate material designated for ‘children’, ‘youth’, and ‘adult’ audiences. Amanda has been instrumental in Able Moms hosting its first corporate mom-gathering this year of 3,000+. Her book ‘Unraveled: Mothering Fiercely in A World Full of Fears’ hit number one on Amazon, beating bestselling authors like Ted Dekker and Bob Goff its first week of release from Fedd Books, Austin.  Amanda is currently working on her second book, ‘Predator Proof Kids’ and speaks on stages and podcasts with a conviction to mobilize the public to take notice, stand, and then act against trafficking as well as strengthen their family, master their motherhood, and live faith-forward.

Amanda’s unabashed passion for Christ has landed her in ministry roles as young as she can remember, serving in full-time vocational youth ministry, founding a University-Model® School, and leading and supporting countless ministry objectives in and outside of the church. As a degreed communicator, Amanda’s professional career, pre-kiddos, included awards and high heels as both an educator and top marketing professional for an industry leader.

When not involved in family life, reading, or writing, Amanda uses her pioneering ambition and experience to partner with business CEO and ministry-minded husband to consult with organizations who desire to prosper.

Lastly, Amanda’s family of seven, along with their German Shepherd, Radd, live among the mountains of Colorado. And while accomplishments are part of a bio, Amanda wants you to know they don’t rival her joys; a nightly sunset, “I love you” from her children, answered prayers, a good night’s rest, a big, Saturday breakfast, a clean kitchen, a hot bath, board games, finding $10 in her pocket, a good movie, date nights, and welcoming friends into her home to eat and laugh.

Media Pitch

“My name is Amanda and . . . I am convinced that our two-year-old daughter was the potential victim of a sex trafficking abduction yesterday.” An online warning intended for her small sphere of mom-friends, this online caution instead reached 60 million people; one of which just happened to be the victim of her own daughter’s perpetrator in the grocery store that day — a victim of the very people that pulled her toddler from her arms, asking her to parrot, “Say bye-bye to Mommy”.

This virality sparked an onslaught of convicted, curious, and cruel readers who all of which, in their own way, inspired Amanda’s research. Additionally, there blossomed overwhelming certainty that this collision of a dark world with her “shiny” one was sovereign. This experience and subsequent research would be the foundation for Amanda’s first book, ‘Unraveled: Mothering Fiercely in a World Full of Fears’, the start of her second, her magnetic speaking platform, and mobilizing ministries that foster mothers and strong families as preventatives.

While there are aspects of her ministry and future initiatives that are distinctly anti-trafficking, Amanda unconventionally approaches the atrocity, focusing on topics and endeavors that strengthen the child, the castle (home), the Church, and then the community.

She would consider it an honor for any platform to extend her message.
