Prior to starting my first business, I worked at Procter & Gamble for 17 years. For that entire time I worked remotely as I was based in Newcastle but the rest of the team was in London or Geneva. So I understand the challenges that virtual and hybrid working bring. I have experienced how easily mis-communication can cause disruption but I have also experienced how it is possible to build very strong working relationships with people you never meet.
I’m also passionate about using creativity to overcome challenges and I use unusual tools such as pottery painting in my workshops to facilitate creative thinking to challenge the status quo of established ways of working and business practises that may not be so effective in a virtual or hybrid working environment.
Combining my corporate experience with a creative approach means Vibrant Thinking offers a unique way to empower teams and transform the workplace.
