When I was 52, I had an epiphany moment so big, it hit me like a ton of bricks. I knew it was time to stop playing small. So in total faith, I packed up my daughter and some stuff and left a 15 year relationship, my then 34 year music career, a brand new rebuilt house and years of heartache and challenge behind me. I decided that molestation, abuse, depression, anxiety, fear, toxic men and marriages, losing it all to wildfire and breast cancer was NO LONGER GOING TO DEFINE ME. I was NOT going to die sick and miserable, hating my life.
I always refer back to the saying “Diamonds are made under pressure” because that’s what got me through. We grow up thinking we’re weak and small because we don’t know who we are. We suffer through obstacles and challenges, thinking we’re victims of fate. But if we find our strength and realize those experiences are for our growth, they no longer have a hold on us. I know because I’m living proof. And I take a stand for everyone just like me.
If you have people in your audience who are living in mediocrity, misery or just settling, book me for your podcast and I’ll share inspiration, mindset concepts and simple processes to support them in moving into a powerful space of authenticity, truth and freedom.
They will discover that the first step to knowing themselves and reaching true freedom is saying YES TO LIFE and then, jumping in.
They’ll learn the power of commitment and choice.
They’ll learn the importance of their psychological earthquakes.
They’ll learn a process to help them get back into their flow.
They’ll learn why discipline and practice are so important.
They’ll learn why letting go and joy are imperative
They’ll learn why life outside of their comfort zone is a place for growth
In conclusion:
Authenticity is the foundation to all that is; once we powerfully align with it, nothing can stop us, no past event has a hold on us, we are free to share our brilliance and gifts with the world.
I have a logitech camera and microphone that is amazing; also a headset when necessary.
