As a long-time high-tech sales rep, I long ago figured out that the path to success and self-respect was to put myself out there, add massive value and be authentic. Over a handful of job hunts, including one under incredibly stressful circumstances, I evolved my strategies and learned to dominate the job hunt and that has grown into a passion. I now help job seekers take control of their search, their mind set and, ultimately, their career trajectory.
Your goal is to find someone who will serve and add value to your audience. My mission and passion is to empower job seekers to take more control of their job search so that they can get a great job faster and, ultimately, exert more control over their career trajectory and earning potential.
Because most people are uncomfortable with self-promotion, they are super uncomfortable with job hunting. Like anything else we humans strongly dislike, we don’t invest the time and energy to get good at it.
I’ve cracked the code on how to help job seekers get great jobs faster. I give them a blueprint so that they can go get more interviews, nail them and more job offers.
Most of what I teach job hunters requires work, but I do have a few sprinkles of fairy dust I can share that when sprinkled over resumes and LinkedIn profiles, will almost always net more inbound activity.
My secret sauce is helping job seekers manage their psychology. They are more optimistic throughout their search, and that optimism usually goes along with more confidence, which helps them interview better, which improves their results.
