Dr. Steve Yacovelli (a.k.a. “The Gay LeadershipDude”) is Owner & Principal of TopDog Learning Group, LLC, a learning and development, leadership, change management, and diversity and inclusion consulting firm based in Orlando, FL but with “TopDoggers” around the globe. Steve’s area of expertise is around helping people help themselves to grow and develop, but also how this impacts the overall organization as well. Whether through facilitating leadership programs for Fortune 500 companies to providing one-on-one coaching experiences or creating engaging training solutions for various delivery formats, Steve is passionate about helping others be their best, most authentic selves, both in and out of the workplace.
Steve holds a B.S. in Public Relations, an M.A. in Ed. Policy & Leadership, and an Ed.D. in Instructional Technology & Distance Education. He’s extremely passionate about diversity and inclusion. Steve’s latest book, “Pride Leadership” recently came out in 2019.
