Thanks for signing up for A Perfect Podcast Guest Listing. Before you get started on your submission, here are a few things to know. READ THIS IN ITS ENTIRETY FOR BEST RESULTS. There are valuable links at the bottom of this page.

There are a number of fields available on your overall listing. If you do not complete a field it will not be visible on the listing. Not all fields are required and you can edit your listing at any time. The more complete the listing, the higher your chances are of getting booked as a perfect podcast guest.

Following is a list of all the information you can include. Take a moment to gather as much as possible, if not all, BEFORE you start the submission process. Again, not all fields are required so if you don’t have everything handy right this minute you can always come back to add it. The required fields are denoted with the *.

DO NOT DELAY YOUR LISTING BECAUSE YOU DON’T HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE RIGHT NOW. PUT IN WHAT YOU CAN AND THEN COME BACK. Once you hit Submit your listing is available for viewing.

  1. Your Full Name* – this is how your name will appear in the directory listing and atop your individual page.
  2. Email*
  3. Phone
  4. Mobile Phone
  5. Website URL*
  6. Headshot – also serves your profile image
  7. Address/Location for map view — this is not required and it’s not necessary to enter your full address unless you choose. It’s a simple way for hosts to search for someone in their local area or time zone.
  8. Brief bio that will appear as an excerpt on your condensed listing. The full bio will appear when hosts click through to view your entire listing. (300 characters allowed)
  9. Long Bio is where you enter a longer bio that will be visible on your full listing.
  10. Media Pitch – This is different than your long bio. It’s not required, though highly recommended. You have the attention of the media. Pitch them on why you are the Perfect Podcast Guest.
  11. Talking Points or Standard Questions – To help shape your interview let hosts know what questions or talking points you would like to cover during your interview.
  12. Links To Latest Interviews – Show hosts want to get a sampling of how it would be to conduct an interview with you. Share here links to your latest interviews so they can get a flavor for you as a guest. This is where you shine, share your best!
  13. Do you agree to promote your interview?* – The success of interview and number of downloads for a podcast are greatly enhanced by promotion. Your willingness to promote your appearance is attractive to show hosts. Be a willing participant.
  14. Social Reach – As a willing participant to promoting your appearance it’s nice to give the host an idea as to how broad your reach in through your mailing list and social networks.
  15. Select up to 3 Categories – If you have a niche Category that you don’t see listed, please email us at sales@perfectpodcastguest.com for consideration to be added.
  16. Include links to as many social networks that you like on the list. Please note the Twitter address format is https://twitter.com/yourtwitterhandle (weird, we know but it is what it is)
  17. Options for all the ways you are available to conduct an interview.
  18. Type of equipment you have available for interviews.
  19. You can indicate up to 7 different dates/times you’re available for interviews.
  20. Your Time Zone
  21. Any other information about your availability.

To edit your listing: select it from the list to get the full listing view. Move your cursor up to the right corner of the listing view (above the map) and you will see three little icons appear — FLAG, EDIT, DELETE. Click on EDIT and all the fields will be editable.
