The day before her 32nd birthday in 2019, would be the day that changed her life forever. Little did Crystal know, she would receive the devastating news that her sister Gina had taken her life that morning. Crystal is on a mission to scatter hope to those who need it most. Not only to those who have experienced a tragedy of losing a loved one to suicide, but especially to those who have struggled with mental health and feel alone.
