I love providing tips, tools, and resources to small business owners that can be implemented in a few minutes to a few hours, so they can move from fear and confusion to action and growth.
Before COVID, about 20% of all small businesses failed within the first year. Now with the added challenge of COVID, over a hundred thousand businesses have closed permanently just in 2020 according to Fortune.com. Any hope and useful tools could help reduce the number of closing businesses.
I’m Andie Monet and as an expert in business strategy and development, with 30 years of experience. I’d love the opportunity to weigh in and provide some easy-to-implement steps for small businesses that can be completed in a few minutes to a few hours that will lead to re-building and growth. Not only have I helped businesses in 13 countries, but I’ve also helped hundreds of small businesses in the U.S. grow and thrive, even during COVID, by sharing, teaching, and advising where it makes the most impact for their business to survive, grow, and thrive.
